The family of an 89-year-old woman who died of a brain bleed after falling multiple times over a three-month period have filed a lawsuit against an assisted living facility where she lived in Union County.Rose T. Ferrantelli died March 12, 2024 – four days after she was found face down on the floor with blood on her face at Chelsea Senior Living in Fanwood, alleges a lawsuit filed in Union County Superior Court.
