Without Driving Licence on the Road

Officers from the Hoyerswerda police station controlled a 37-year-old in Lauta during the night hours from Friday to Saturday, who was there with his pedelec. It was found that the driver was not in possession of a necessary driving licence and that the vehicle was not covered by insurance. In addition, a drug pre-test showed that the German national was travelling under anesthetic influence.
