Hong Kong Counts Cost of Typhoon Wipha: Losses of ‘up to HK$2 Billion’ on Sunday

MACAO, JUL 22 – Typhoon Wipha caused 163 accidents and five injuries while forcing transport suspensions and property damage during the earliest Signal No. 10 issuance in Macao since 1968.
