WISCONSIN, JUL 22 – Retailers argue the law will eliminate 84% of their products and claim the state is exceeding its authority by banning e-cigarettes without FDA approval, risking fines starting September 1.

Only e-cigarettes regulated by the FDA can be sold in Wisconsin in Wisconsin, and the FDA has consistently only regulated tobacco-based products.
