WINN PARISH (KTVE/KARD) -- Following a lengthy investigation by the Winn Parish Sheriff’s Office concerning the distribution of Fentanyl, deputies obtained an arrest warrant on June 4, 2025, for Keyondrick Mills of Winnfield, La.
