What can we expect in the stock markets today?

Summary by Portfolio.hu
In terms of economic data, the most important release today will be PCE inflation from overseas, which is an inflation indicator closely monitored by the Fed - and therefore may be indicative of the interest rate path. From Europe, the ECB's inflation expectations and the German GfK confidence index will be released, which may also bring movements. Based on preliminary data, a smaller fall is expected on European stock markets.
