WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. (PIX11) -- The party on the pier was back on the Boardwalk in Rye.  Westchester Magazine’s 15th annual Wine and Food Festival celebrates the best food and drink in Westchester County.  Events are held the week of June 3-8, 2025.
