CLAY COUNTY, WV (WOWK) -- A Clay County, West Virginia man is accused of shooting and killing a couple in the community of Ivydale earlier this week. According to a criminal complaint, the bodies of Brenda Dennis and Richard Bishop were found with gunshot wounds inside a home on Big Otter Highway in Ivydale Thursday evening.
