We Have (Re)tested It : in Strasbourg, the Brasserie Louise Again Color the Place De La Bourse

After months of work, the much-anticipated Brasserie Louise opened its doors last April, in the heart of Strasbourg. With its neoclassical style and its bluffing decor, the restaurant made a lot of talk about it. Almost two months after the top start, we went back to see if the kitchen had found its cruising rhythm. We share our experience.
