Water rationing to be held in 9 barangays in Bacolod - Digicast Negros

In a meeting between the Bacolod Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office and BACIWA-PrimeWater with the barangay captains, the areas that often have problems with water supply were identified. Now that the water supply has decreased due to the dry season, it was decided to install additional water tanks in the nine affected barangays.
