Water blasts from ground, pelting houses and cars with debris in Richmond Heights
RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- At 2:09 p.m. May 23, officers came upon a 4-foot hole in the tree lawn at 26639 Loganberry Drive with water pouring out and flooding the roadway. All units responded, along with the service department, to shut the water off in the area. While they were doing so, water gushed out about 20 feet into the air.
