Warming up with plenty of sunshine through southeast Minnesota

After a chilly start yesterday morning, we will see temperatures remain cool yet again for the start of your Thursday. Lows will drop to the low 40s for much of the region near sunrise, but through the day today, we have plenty of sun shining through.
