Russian attacks on Ukraine with long-acting drones were reduced by a third in August compared to July, according to a monthly AFP analysis, on the basis of intense diplomatic efforts to end the Russian invasion but remain unproductive.
According to AFP's analysis of the daily reports of the Ukrainian air force, Russia fired a total of 4132 drones during its night attacks on Ukraine in August, a decrease of 34% compared to July.
