A fire has broken out at an oil refinery in the village of Afipsky in Russia's Krasnodar region after a Ukrainian attack overnight, the region's governor, Veniamin Kondratyev, said. Authorities said two people were killed and two others were injured in the attack on the region.
Russia's Krasnodar Krai and Rostov Oblasts were again targeted by attacks on Tuesday night. According to reports on Russian Telegram channels and public pages, explosions in one of the cities, allegedly at an oil refinery, were followed by a fire, RBC-Ukraine reports.
