Yesterday's Põhja-Pärnumaa County Council session lasted almost seven and a half hours. The biggest uproar and misunderstanding in the council chamber was caused by the moment when Roman Kiveste (Isamaa), who had participated in the council session online, appeared on the screen to vote shirtless and lying in bed.
