Victoria launches pilot recycling centre that accepts small electronics, soft plastics

The City of Victoria is launching a new pilot project that will allow residents to recycle a greater range of products – including flexible plastics, like chip bags – or small electronics, like laptops. Through the pilot project, a new recycling hub has opened at 1234 Yates St., and is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., from May through December.
