The Prosecutor General's Office refused to apply public interest protection measures regarding the agreement between the state road manager "Via Lietuva" and the road construction companies "Fegda" and "Tilsta" to repair defects in a part of the section of the international highway "Via Baltica" they built.

According to the service, the agreement violated the Public Procurement Law, but did not entail legal consequences because it was not actually implemented.
