Venezuela’s top prosecutor orders the arrest of opposition leader’s ally, hours after his release
Venezuela's prosecutor seeks house arrest for opposition leader Juan Pablo Guanipa hours after his release amid 383 political prisoners freed since January, rights group Foro Penal said.
