Troy, TX ( FOX 44 ) - On February 2nd, at around 12:30 a.m., two four door vehicles were seen speeding southbound on IH-35 at the 310-mile marker. Officers saw the two vehicles traveling at 108 miles per hour and attempted to stop the first vehicle which evaded southbound and proceeded to exit and enter the interstate several times.
