Valpo church files lawsuit against former resale shop volunteers

Chained and locked doors, allegations about a refusal to turn over keys, critical documents and social media passwords, and a dispute over control of a business founded to provide support to those most in need in Valparaiso. That’s the drama now roiling between the First Presbyterian Church of Valparaiso and the Presbyterian Women’s Resale Shop downtown, first founded in 1942 with a mission to give back to the community.
