The U.S. government has provided scant information about the deportees beyond alleging that they are members of Tren de Aragua, a transnational criminal group from Venezuela that the Trump administration has designated a foreign terrorist organization.

The document, which was introduced as part of ACLU's lawsuit against the Foreign Enemies Act, starts with three boxes with questions that include whether the person is over 14 years of age, whether he or she is a citizen or permanent resident of the United States and whether he or she is Venezuelan.
