U.S. Army engineers classify Oroville’s levee as ‘low risk

OROVILLE — The 1.3-mile stretch of levee protecting Oroville from more than 100,000 cubic feet per second of water in the Feather River received a “low risk” rating by a recent study by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
