UPDATED: Three Towers Including a 'Supertall' Proposed at College Park
GWL Realty Advisors has submitted a redevelopment proposal for Toronto’s historic College Park, featuring three new towers up to 97 storeys and a full heritage restoration of the 1930s building. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, ERA Architects, and PUBLIC WORK, the plan would add housing, hotel, retail, and public space.
