UPDATE (7:09 p.m.) -- According to a Peoria police Facebook update, Gerald J. Strothers has been located. PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Peoria Police Department is asking the public for help locating a missing man. Gerald J. Strothers, 39, was reported missing on May 31 and was last seen near West Richwoods Boulevard and North Rochelle Lane. Strothers is about 5’4” tall, with blue eyes and brown hair.
