The incident occurred in a building on Satanpur Mandi Road, in the Qadri Gate police station area. The explosion was so powerful that several parts of the building were blown apart and window panes of nearby houses were shattered. Two people were killed in the incident, while seven others were seriously injured. The injured were admitted to a nearby hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.
