UN Praises Türkiye on Syria: We Appreciate It

"More than 62,000 aid trucks have been sent to Syria since 2014. This, together with the support that the Turkish government has given to the Syrians, is a really good example of cooperation. We appreciate this cooperation and support," said Edem Wosornu, Director of Operations and Advocacy at the United Nations (UN) Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), at a press conference in Geneva.

The United Nations announced how many Syrians returned to their country after the overthrow of the Assad regime in Syria. The voluntary return of Syrians in Türkiye continues according to planning.
