LANCASTER – The Lancaster Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash. The crash occurred Saturday , September 27th, at approximately 3:41 p.m., on Chapel Hill Road near State Route 13, in Monroe Township, Perry County.
