April 7, 2025 11:10 a.m.  Roseburg Police cited two people for drinking in public, in separate incidents on Saturday. An RPD report said at 4:15 p.m. the 55-year-old woman was observed with an open bottle of whiskey in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Street. She poured the whiskey out and was
