Two cases set for July trials involve kidnapping, 45 violations of conditions within four months

Two of the upcoming trials at the Bennington Superior Courthouse slated to begin in early July include a kidnapping attempt of a woman allegedly forced into a vehicle at gunpoint which then got stuck in the snow last March and a Bennington man who violated his conditions of release 45 times by allegedly attempting to contact his victim over the telephone from jail over 1200 times within four months.
