SAN JUAN – The Electoral Commissioner of the New Progressive Party, graduated Anibal Vega Borges, reported on Friday that three people were certified as candidates for the Mayor’s Office of Gurabo after the end of the residency period. “We continue the process, as dictated by the Electoral Code,” Vega Borges said in written statements.
