A truck fire on Monday evening completely closed Prague's Southern Link in both directions. Six fire brigade units are responding to the scene.
Prague - Traffic police closed the busy Jižní spojka in Prague in the direction of Barrandovský most shortly after 8:00 p.m. today. Police spokeswoman Eva Kropáčová told ČTK. The reason for the closure, which is expected to last several hours, is the removal of a truck that crashed into the barriers and caught fire at the intersection with Průmyslová Street on Monday evening. The police advised drivers to avoid the busy road.
