The plaintiff, 36, was employed as a truck driver and was working at a “drop yard” for materials and vehicles. The plaintiff’s employer had leased space to store trucks and materials at the drop yard. The defendant owned and operated the drop yard and was responsible for maintenance of an access road that led to and from the various leased lots on the property.
