Trinidad Housing Authority considers potential acquisition of former Phil Long Dealership property  - The Chronicle

Phil Long Dealerships announced in early May that it would officially close its dealership location in Trinidad on the first of the following month. On June 11, just 10 days after the site officially closed, the Trinidad Housing Authority discussed the potential acquisition of the former dealership property for a new admin building and shop, along with a High St. Property to add additional units to its 198-unit roster.
