BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) — Aviation enthusiasts will have a chance to look to the skies this weekend as the Tri-State Fly-In makes its debut at Alderman Airport in Belmont County. The event, being held for the first time in the area, has already drawn interest from more than 30 pilots who have signed up to participate.
