Over the course of a year and a half, the price of MTK's multi-functional sports hall on Kerepesi út has increased by nearly HUF 2 billion, Átlátszó reports. The contractor is Bayer Construct Zrt. its owner, Attila Balázs, a businessman close to the government, who in recent years has maintained close relations with leading Fidesz politicians.
The complex can open next year and is being built with state support.
