Train as first responders more campechans

The Ministry of Health, through the Accident Prevention and Road Safety program, promotes the formation of first responders, which is the basis for building any effective emerging response. The training of these volunteers is vital to saving lives, as they are often the first to reach the scene of the incident and activate the emergency service.
