HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility wants drivers to know of traffic alerts in two different areas of the city. Officials posted the restrictions are on 10th Avenue and 12th Avenue, which is in the area of the Lloyd Expressway to Indiana Street. Officials say crews are working to install new water lines.
