Frenchman Kevin Vauquelin, who had launched the sprint, finished 3rd in the 7th stage of the Tour de Suisse between Neuhausen am Rheinfall and Emmetten (211.8 km) this Saturday, ahead of Portuguese Almeida by 33′′ before the final stage.
The Portuguese rider João Almeida won the 7th and penultimate stage of the Swiss Tour. The UAE rider is close to the French rider Kévin Vauquelin, who is still a yellow jersey.
