Torquay firefighters among 15 crews tackling blaze at former council offices

Torquay firefighters are helping to fight a blaze at the former council offices in Sidmouth - one of 15 fire crews called to the scene. Residents are being asked to avoid the area and close doors and windows while the fire is brought under control.
