Thanks to the public’s assistance, a Florence man was arrested Wednesday after he broke into a Larimore Street home and held the occupant at gunpoint.  When officers arrived, the suspect fled the scene.  They were able to identify the suspect as 36-year-old Cory Gilchrist.  Officers were able to locate Gilchrist later in the day thanks to a tip from a concerned citizen.  He was booked into the Lauderdale County Detention Center on charges of fir…
