Green party leader and former Energy Minister Tinne Van der Straeten will be the new CEO of WindEurope, the European wind energy sector organization. The organization announced this on Monday. Van der Straeten will start working at WindEurope on February 2nd. She has confirmed she is resigning from Parliament. She will be succeeded in Parliament by Ecolo politician Claire Hugon.
