Tillicoultry Quarries acquires Middleton Aggregates

TILLICOULTRY Quarries has acquired Middleton Aggregates, a sand and gravel business based in East Anglia, through a share purchase agreement. Founded in 1986 by John Lemon and his sons, David and Peter Lemon, Middleton Aggregates operates four sites across East Anglia, supplying sand and gravel, clay and recycling activities to the regional construction market.
