TikTok video alerts Yuma community of dozens of abandoned dogs found in a home

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - The Yuma community is coming together to help dozens of abandoned dogs living in deplorable conditions.  Local attention grew after a neighbor posted a video on TikTok showing the dogs roaming around the yard.
