The law submitted by the minister has allowed several local governments to impose conditions on moving in in recent weeks.

In connection with the identity law, more and more municipalities are introducing restrictions, which, among other things, prohibit the movement of people without a degree and those with a criminal record.

The Minister of Public Administration and Regional Development responded to criticism of the law on the protection of territorial identity, saying that the legislation is not discriminatory and does not violate constitutional principles.
