3 displaced from apartments after Aroostook County fire

Three tenants were displaced and two cats were lost after a fire engulfed their Fort Fairfield residence on Monday.  Officials responded to the fire at 46 Fort Hill St. at around 8:14 a.m. to find smoke and flames coming from the apartment building.
