85-year-old driver hits gas instead of brake, crashes into Dollar Tree store - WCCB Charlotte's CW
GASTONIA, N.C. – Gastonia Police say three people were hurt when a driver crashed through the front window of a Dollar Tree store on West Franklin Boulevard on Thursday. Glass and shopping carts were thrown over the place. Officers say the 85-year-old driver accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake. Those hurt in the crash are expected to be OK. No charges have been filed.

Three people were injured Thursday afternoon when a Gastonia woman accidentally drove her SUV through the front of a Dollar Tree.
