Hundreds of employees of the Morita, Alemán and Morelos pumping plants of the State Public Services Commission of Tijuana (Cespt) began an indefinite work stoppage to protest what they call hostile and abusive, in addition to the lack of equipment and supplies to carry out their work by the managers of the aforementioned facilities.
