Sassi del Valle is a tourist, commercial, and residential development located in the Guadalupe Valley. Its design seeks to integrate with the natural surroundings, promoting a balance between economic activity and environmental conservation in this wine-producing region of Ensenada, Baja California.

They hope to open in order to the first stage of "people" inspired by California missions and Italian past of first winemakers in Valle de Guadalupe.
