The two victims of the accident on the 80D federal highway were identified. They were Marcela Castro and Diana Rodriguez, both soccer players from Tepatitlán de Morelos. The young women died when they returned from playing a football match. Apparently a mechanical failure caused them to get off the road and dump their vehicle.
