The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration referred to the case of Poznań policemen who, despite requests from passers-by, did not intervene in the case of a thief. According to a witness, they were supposed to be waiting for a kebab. What did Czesław Mroczek say?

Police officers from Poznań refused to help a man who stopped and overpowered a shoplifter. The officers were eating a kebab at the time. The Greater Poland police reported that disciplinary proceedings had been initiated against the uniformed officers.
